Massage
Most people wait until something breaks. You’re here before that.
Our therapists are guides. They listen — to what you tell them, and to what your body tells them — and they work with both. Skilled, experienced, and genuinely invested in your progress, they bring a rare combination of technical depth and intuition to every session. You’ll leave feeling the difference. This isn’t a spa. It’s something better.
For people who ask a lot of themselves
Our clients are not passive about their wellbeing. They’re the people who show up for their lives — in their work, their relationships, their movement, their health. They come to us because they want a body that can keep pace with everything they’re building.
If that sounds like you, you’re in the right place.

Brooke, LMBT
Therapist, Intuitive and Teacher.
Bringing balance to your life is Brooke’s primary intention by incorporating many different modalities and spiritual tenets into her integrative healing approach to therapeutic bodywork.
Offerings:
- Craniosacral Therapy: Craniosacral therapy uses light finger pressure to release the cranial bones & stimulate flow of cerebrospinal fluid bathing the brain and spinal cord.
- Medical Qi Gong: Medical Qi Gong Therapy is both a modality as well as a practice that is taught to facilitate balance, harmony & overall wellbeing within the body.
- Shiatsu: Shiatsu literally means ‘finger pressure’ in Japanese. This healing modality is based on the acupuncture system by using fingers, hands, elbows, forearms and feet, rather than needles, to stimulate KI, the body’ vital life force.
